  1. Northern End of Downtown Vision Process: Discussion of results from October 16, 2018 public meeting.

 

Urban Renewal Area Projects Under Review

  1. Lappin Park Czech Christmas Market: Discussion and vote on proposed license agreement.
  2. 2 East India Square (Downtown Mall): Discussion and vote on proposed installation of signage.

 

New/Old Business

  1. DRB Vacancy: Discussion of new member.
  2. 252 Bridge Street: Request to the City Council to transfer the property to the SRA
  3. 5 Broad Street (former Salem Senior Center): Discussion of RFP responses.

 

Executive Session

  1. Chair states reason for Executive Session - To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located at 5 Broad Street, Salem MA because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.
  2. Roll call vote to adjourn to Executive Session.
  3. Chair states that the Open Session will reconvene at the conclusion of the Executive Session.

  1. 5 Broad Street (former Salem Senior Center): Continued discussion and/or vote on final selection of developer.

 

Minutes: Approval of minutes from the October 10, 2018 regular meeting.
