  1. 5 Broad Street (former Salem Senior Center): Discussion of RFP responses.

 

Executive Session

  1. Chair states reason for Executive Session - To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located at 5 Broad Street, Salem MA because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.
  2. Roll call vote to adjourn to Executive Session.
  3. Chair states that the Open Session will reconvene at the conclusion of the Executive Session.

  1. 5 Broad Street (former Salem Senior Center): Discussion and vote on final selection of developer.
