This is a landing page for funding applications and proposals administered by the City of Salem Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board. 

• Request for Development Applications - This RDA utilizes funds from the City’s American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) allocation to run a competitive construction grant program, offering support to shovel-ready projects that most advance the City’s housing priorities as outlined in the Housing Roadmap. • Grant Application - Also funded through the City's ARPA allocation, this program will support affordable housing and affordable housing service programs.
