Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Construction Manager at Risk toconstruct a new pool on the current site of the existing Forest River Pool.The project will include extensive site work within a coastal zone (utilities, fill and landscaping) and the renovation of the historic bathhouse on the site. Construction procurement shall be by Construction Management at Risk, in accordance with Ch. 149a.

Site visit will be held on March 4, 2020 at 12:00 pm at 32 Clifton Ave., Salem, MA 01970 (Forest River Park). DCAMM Certification required. In order to obtain a copy of the RFQ, email Johnathan Schiff at johnathan.schiff@anseradvisory.com
