The City of Salem, on behalf of the Salem Public School District “District”, is seeking bids for fresh fruits and vegetables as specified herein.

The quantities stated in the bid specifications are estimates only.

Due to the variable nature of fruit and vegetable pricing, the contract award will be based on the amounts listed on the Bid Form, as of the date of September 27, 2021. On the last day of each month, beginning on October 31, 2021, the vendor shall submit an updated pricing list for each item specified herein, that shall be effective for that month.

The District reserves the right to award multiple contracts.
