October Outdoor Vendor & Entertainment Manager

The City seeks proposals from qualified organizations to manage its transient novelty vendors and during the month of October.  The Management organization’s primary purpose shall be soliciting vendors, preparing an application for vendors, communicating with the list of vendors provided by the city, selecting vendors, notifying vendors of selection and rules and regulations, managing the set-up and take-down of vendor sites, managing logistical issues and disputes that may arise, meeting with city officials on a regular basis, designating one or more individuals from the organization as being responsible to city officials, and collecting fees from vendors.
