Education Fund Application

The City of Salem's Scholarship & Education Committee oversees the Education Fund, "to provide supplemental educational funding for local educational needs, or to provide funding for existing adult literacy programs." In order to submit a program or need to be considered for such funding, please complete and submit this application.  Alternatively, your answers to the survey questions may be submitted in writing to:

Applications will be reviewed and considered by the Scholarship and Education Committee once a month, on a rolling basis.
